BOOSTD Keywords screen for an example plumbing business: a new competitor flagged on Google's first page, a prompt to lock in the keyword list, good news that "emergency plumber toronto" reached page 1, and a summary of 4 of 8 keywords on page 1, 3 climbing, and 2nd of 4 against competitors.
Keywords: where you show up on Google for the searches that bring jobs, checked every week.

Sound familiar?

Paying for SEO but the phone isn't ringing?

Lots of businesses have paid for SEO and got little back. The same problems keep coming up.

Rankings went up. Sales didn't.
You ranked for searches buyers don't make. That makes a nice chart and no sales. We find the searches that lead to enquiries in your market, then pick the ones you can win.
More visitors, but the wrong kind.
General blog posts bring in people who will never buy, and can even outrank your service pages. More visits with fewer enquiries means your site has drifted away from what buyers look for.
You changed the site and the traffic vanished.
A redesign, a platform move or a content clean-up can wipe out pages that were bringing in customers. It's one of the most common ways to lose search traffic, and it can almost always be avoided.
Nobody can tell you what was done last month.
A table of rankings and a list of blog posts tells you nothing. A good report says what changed, what it did and what to decide next.

What we measure

We judge SEO by the enquiries it brings in

First we work out how many people search for what you sell, the words they use and how close they are to buying. Then we work out how much of that demand your site can win.

That number shapes the plan: how much of your budget SEO deserves, and whether to chase new searches or turn more of today's visitors into leads.

Then the job is clear. Fix the site so Google can read it. Give every buyer search a page that beats what ranks now. Build enough authority to compete.

Our software keeps checking indexing, redirects, speed, structured data and rankings: your most important searches every day, the rest every week. If something breaks, you hear about it that week. Nothing gets written, published or moved without your approval.

How SEO adds up

Why every part of SEO has to work at once

The four parts multiply each other. If one is at zero, you get nothing, however strong the others are. That's why lopsided SEO plans return so little.

The four parts of SEO.
Technical foundation
Can Google crawl, read and index the pages that matter, fast and on a phone?
Demand mapping
Is there a page for every search people make on the way to buying from you?
Content that earns it
Pages written for one type of buyer at one moment, by writers who know your business.
Authority
Enough standing to compete for the searches that matter. Earned over time, never bought.

What's included

What our SEO services cover

We work on all four together. Doing one well and the rest badly is why so much SEO spend goes nowhere.

  • Technical foundation

We make sure Google can crawl and index the pages that matter, fast and on mobile. We protect migrations, clear junk pages out of the index and fix slow pages.

    Technical SEO

  • Demand mapping and site structure

We map what people search on the way to buying from you. Then we give each search one page. Most sites have three pages fighting over one search and no page for four others.

  • Content that earns its ranking

Pages written for one type of buyer, by writers who know your business. Word count doesn't matter. What matters is whether a visitor feels the page was written for them.

    Content and digital PR

  • Authority and mentions

Coverage, mentions and links from real publications, earned for a good reason. It takes longest and is hardest to fake, which is why it decides which pages hold their rankings.

How it works

Your first 90 days of SEO with us

Know what you're getting before you sign. Here's how a typical start runs, adjusted to your site.

  1. Fit check

Before any proposal, we look at your market, your competitors and how big the opportunity is. If we can't make a clear difference, you'll hear it before you sign.

You get: A clear answer on whether SEO deserves your budget

  2. Technical and content audit

We crawl the site, check indexing and speed, and review every page that earns search traffic, or should. You get a short list of fixes, biggest impact first.

You get: A list of fixes in priority order

  3. Demand map and site plan

We map the searches that lead to enquiries and group them by what the searcher wants. Each group gets one page. Pages stop competing with each other and the gaps show up.

You get: A search demand map and a page plan

  4. Fixes and quick wins

We fix technical problems, set up call and form tracking and improve pages close to ranking higher. The first gains usually come from this step.

You get: Fixes live and tracking checked

  5. Content and authority

We brief, write, review, publish and link new pages, then reach out for coverage. Every page passes the same quality check before it goes live.

You get: New pages live and coverage earned

  6. Measure, report, adjust

Each month we report on enquiries and qualified leads, what we learned and what we'll change next. If something isn't working, you hear it from us first.

You get: A monthly report with a clear next step

Our promises

What we promise, and what we never claim

The promises an SEO agency won't make tell you as much as the ones it will.

What we commit to

  • Delivering the work we agreed, on the schedule we agreed
  • Explaining every change in words you can repeat to your team
  • Reporting on enquiries and leads, as well as visits and rankings
  • Telling you when something isn't working before you ask
  • Leaving you owning every account, file and note
  • Telling you if your budget would do more somewhere else

What we never claim

  • A specific ranking position on any search engine
  • A traffic, lead or revenue number before we've done the research
  • That you will appear or be cited in AI Overviews, ChatGPT, Copilot or Perplexity
  • That we have a relationship with Google that gives you an edge
  • That a piece of markup or a file will make you rank

Questions

Common questions about SEO services

How long does SEO take to work?

Most sites see early wins in two to three months. Competitive searches usually take six to twelve months to move.

It depends on your site's authority, how competitive your market is, how fast you approve content and whether old technical problems need fixing first. We check all four in the first few weeks.

Do you guarantee first page rankings?

No. We never promise a ranking or a specific position. Nobody controls Google, Bing or the AI tools, and Google warns businesses about anyone who claims to.

We guarantee what we can measure. Your BOOSTD score improves by at least 3 points within 90 days of your first paid month, or your next month is free. After 6 months on a paid plan, if neither your organic traffic nor your leads have grown, we keep working free until they do, for up to 6 free months in any 12 months. Conditions apply; see our guarantee page.

What is the difference between SEO and paid search?

Paid search shows your ads for as long as you pay. SEO builds rankings that keep working after you stop spending. It takes longer and can't be switched on overnight.

Most businesses need both for a while. Ads bring leads now and show which searches turn into customers, which sharpens the SEO. Over time, organic search usually carries more of the load.

Will I own the work if we stop working together?

Yes. Your content, pages, analytics, accounts and notes sit in your accounts from day one.

We never hold a website or a Google Business Profile back. You can hand everything to another team the same day.

Do you work with businesses outside your main markets?

Yes. BOOSTD covers Canada, the United States, the United Kingdom, Australia and the UAE. We also work online with businesses elsewhere.

What matters is whether we know your market well enough to help. If we don't, you'll hear that on the first call.

What happens if my traffic has already dropped?

We find the cause before we change anything. Most drops come from a site change, a crawling or indexing problem, a change in what Google shows, or a fall in demand.

Each cause has a different fix. Guessing wrong can cost months, so we rule each one in or out first.
