The accessibility standard this site is built to, what we’ve tested, what we know isn’t perfect, and how to tell us about a problem.
The accessibility standard we build to
This site aims to meet WCAG 2.2 Level AA. We hold our client work to the same standard, so we apply it here too.
We haven’t paid for an independent audit, so we don’t claim certified conformance. We built to the standard from the start: semantic HTML, a visible skip link and full keyboard use. Focus outlines are never removed, and colour contrast is checked against our palette. The site respects reduced-motion settings, and text resizes without breaking the layout.
What we have tested
- Full keyboard navigation, including the main menu and every interactive control
- Visible focus on every element you can tab to
- Colour contrast for text, controls and their states against the brand palette
- Heading structure and landmark regions
- How the site behaves with reduced motion switched on
- Text scaled to 200 per cent without losing content or function
Reported barriers
What happens when you report a barrier
We treat an accessibility barrier as a bug. If we can’t fix it quickly, we tell you what we’re doing in the meantime.
Is it in something we have already tested?
Yes: Then something we checked has broken, and we fix it.
No: It’s a gap we didn’t know about. Reports from people using assistive technology help us most.
Can it be fixed quickly?
Yes: We fix it. On a site that keeps growing, this is routine upkeep.
No: We tell you what we are doing in the meantime and keep you updated.
Does it change what this page can claim?
Yes: We add the limitation to this page, so you know about it before you hit it.
No: The statement stays as it is: built to WCAG 2.2 Level AA, with no independent audit behind it.

Email hello@tryboostd.com or call +1 647-896-7674. Tell us the page and what happened. We treat it as a bug to fix. If a fix will take time, we will tell you what we are doing in the meantime.
Keeping a growing site accessible is ongoing upkeep. Reports from people who use assistive technology are the most useful help we get.
