The agency terms, line by line
- Minimum 5 client sites. With fewer, unused slots are billed at $99 until you fill them.
- No setup fee on any size.
- No minimum contract length: monthly billing runs month to month with 30 days’ notice.
- Pay a year upfront: 11 months’ price for 12 months of service.
- You set what your clients pay and bill them yourself. Collecting it for you is coming later.
- Full white label from 10 client sites, once your portal address and sending domain are verified, measured automatically.

Full white label from 10 client sites
Your clients sign in at your own address, such as portal.youragency.com, and see your name, logo and colours on the portal, the sign-in page, every report and PDF, every email and every share link. Emails come from your own address once its records are verified.
BOOSTD is named only in the legal disclaimer on the portal’s terms and privacy page. Nowhere else.
Full white label is for agencies with 10 client sites or more, and it switches on once your portal address and your sending domain are verified, so a client never sees your name on our address. Until then your reports, PDFs and emails already carry your brand. If you fall below 10 client sites for a full month, you get written notice and 60 days before BOOSTD branding returns, and it comes back on as soon as you are back. Below that, everything else in the program works the same, with BOOSTD branding.

Rules for multi-client work
What you can and can’t do in bulk
With many clients, one mistake can hit them all, so these rules are built in and can’t be turned off.
Allowed in bulk, previewed first
- Re-running checkups and exporting report summaries
- Requiring approval for every change, or pausing changes
- Protecting a page, such as checkout, from automatic changes
Never allowed
- Publishing the same change to many client sites without each client’s review
- Mixing one client’s data or costs into another’s
- Staff access to a client workspace that is not logged

How much does BOOSTD cost for an agency?
$99 a month per Local-size client site and $299 per Growth-size site, in US dollars before tax. As many sites as you like, from 5. National-size sites are quoted by our team: talk to us.
No setup fee. Monthly billing runs month to month with no minimum term and 30 days’ notice. Paying a year upfront costs 11 months’ price for 12 months of service.
What if I have fewer than five client sites?
You can still join. You start on 5 site slots, and any empty slot is billed at the Local-size price ($99) until you add a client to it.
You see the exact monthly total, empty slots included, before you confirm anything.
Will my clients see the BOOSTD brand?
With full white label, no. Agencies with 10 client sites or more get their own name, logo, colours, portal address and sending email address on the client portal, sign-in page, reports, PDFs, emails and share links. It switches on once your portal address and your sending domain are verified; until then your reports, PDFs and emails already carry your brand.
BOOSTD is named only in the legal disclaimer on the portal’s terms and privacy page, where the law expects the software provider to be named. Below 10 client sites, clients see BOOSTD branding.
What happens if I drop below 10 client sites?
Nothing changes straight away, and we tell you. If it stays below for a full month, you get written notice and 60 more days with your brand.
After that your clients see BOOSTD branding until you are back at 10 client sites. Your brand settings are kept, so it switches back on by itself.
Do I keep control of what changes on my clients’ websites?
Yes. You review each change first. You choose which kinds of change your client approves too, and the biggest changes always go to the client.
Checkout, login, legal and payment pages are protected by default. Nothing is published to many client sites at once.
Do you guarantee rankings for my clients?
No. We never promise a #1 ranking or any specific position on Google. Google warns businesses about anyone who does, because nobody controls where a page ranks. What we commit to is the work: every week it is planned, done, checked after it goes live, and reported each month, so you and your clients can see what changed and what it did.
Can I set my own prices and have you collect them?
You set your own price for each client and bill them yourself, as you do today. You pay us by card for each client site.
Collecting from your clients for you, in your name, is coming later.
What happens if a client leaves my agency?
Their workspace can be handed to them, or moved to another agency, with their agreement. Content, reports and history stay with the business, and your team’s access ends when the move completes. Every move is logged.
