For agencies
BOOSTD for agencies: many clients, one system, separate data
The agency setup is planned, not built. This page shows what it is designed to do, and the rules that protect your clients, so you can decide whether to talk to us now.

Where this stands
Planned, designed, and not built yet
BOOSTD’s agency setup lets one agency run growth programmes for many clients from one account, while each client’s data, permissions and approvals stay separate. It is part of the platform design and has not been built. None of it is available today.
We describe it in detail because the rules that protect your clients are worth judging before anything ships. Those rules are settled, even though the screens are not.
The design
What the agency setup is designed to do
Every item below is planned. The status column says so on every row, so that nothing on this page can be read as a feature you can use today.
| Dimension | What it does | Status |
|---|---|---|
| Separate client workspaces | Each client is its own workspace. Staff are assigned to specific clients and see nothing else, and each client can see who has access. | Planned |
| Portfolio view | Clients ranked by what needs attention: urgent technical issues, broken connections, approvals waiting, visibility falling, plan capacity. | Planned |
| Two-stage approvals | BOOSTD prepares the work, your reviewer approves or edits it, the client approves it, and only then does it run. Configurable per type of action. | Planned |
| White label | Your logo, colours, portal address, report covers and sender name. A “Powered by BOOSTD” mark always stays visible. | Planned |
| Wholesale plans and your pricing | A wholesale plan per client with your own retail price, and per-client cost so margin is visible. | Planned |
| Client transfer and export | Clear records of who owns the subscription, domain, accounts and content, so a client can be handed over or exported. | Planned |
Rules for multi-client work
What the agency setup will and will not allow
Working across many clients is where isolation is easiest to lose and a single mistake is most expensive, so these rules are part of the design rather than settings.
Allowed in bulk
- Updating reporting schedules across clients
- Inviting users and applying notification settings
- Queueing audits and asking clients to reconnect an account
Never allowed
- Publishing the same change to many client sites without each client’s review
- Ranking clients by estimated “success” the data cannot support
- Blending one client’s data or costs into another’s
- Staff access to a client workspace that is not logged
Questions
What agencies ask us first
Can my agency use BOOSTD today?
Not as a platform. The agency setup has not been built, and we will not sell access to something that does not exist.
What you can do today is talk to us: about how the setup should work for an agency like yours, or about whether Managed by BOOSTD could run work for some of your clients in the meantime.
Will my clients see the BOOSTD brand?
The design lets you put your own logo, colours, portal address, report covers and sender name on everything your clients see. A small “Powered by BOOSTD” mark always stays visible; that is a fixed rule of the white-label design.
What will it cost?
The design is a wholesale plan per client, with you setting the price your client pays. The wholesale prices are not set, and none is quoted here.
What happens if a client leaves my agency?
The design tracks who owns the subscription, the domain, the connected accounts and the content, so a client can be transferred or exported cleanly rather than stranded. Transfers are recorded like every other access change.
Running an agency? Talk to us before it is built
A working call about your clients and how you deliver today. Useful whether you want the agency setup later or managed help for some clients now.
