Strategy call
Book a strategy call
Forty minutes, no pitch. We look at your market, your competition and where the realistic opportunity is, then tell you what we would do — or that we are not the right fit.
The forty minutes
What you sell and who buys it
Ten minutes. We need the business model, the economics of a customer and how people currently find you. This is the part that determines everything else.
What we can see from outside
We look at your visibility, your competitors and your site before the call. You get that read whether or not you work with us.
Where the realistic opportunity is
Which channel is actually constrained, roughly what it would take to move it, and what order the work should happen in.
Whether we are the right people
Sometimes the answer is no — wrong stage, wrong budget, or a problem another kind of firm solves better. We say so on the call rather than in a proposal.
We don't take on every project. Before we recommend a strategy we look at your business, your market, the competition and what it will realistically take to grow. If we believe we can make a meaningful difference, we'll show you how. If we don't, we'll tell you.
What this is not
- Not a demo of a dashboard.
- Not a qualification script where the first ten minutes are about your budget.
- Not a proposal presentation. If a proposal makes sense, it comes afterwards.
Request a call
Tell us the short version. We will come back with times, and with what we have already found.
If we don't deliver the work we agreed to deliver for reasons within our control, you don't pay for the undelivered work. Read our guarantee
- 1Your market, as it actually is — Who is winning the searches that matter, what they are doing, and how much of it is reachable from where you currently stand. No slides, and nothing prepared in advance
- 2What is realistically winnable — Sized against your position rather than a best case. This is the part that most often changes what somebody thought they needed to buy.Sometimes materially less than hoped for
- 3What we would do, in order — Specific enough that you could hand it to somebody else and they could run it. What comes first, and the reason it comes first.Yours to use whether or not you appoint us
- 4Or that we are not the fit — Said during the call rather than after a proposal. It happens, and it is the outcome that costs us most and saves you most.
