Why industry-specific
A website that already knows your business
The rules are already in the template
Licence numbers, listing notices and advertising rules differ by industry and by province or state. Each industry’s designs carry them from the start, with the source for each rule.
The tools your customers expect
Calculators and secure applications for mortgage borrowers, listing search and alerts for home buyers, quote forms for every line for insurance customers.
Pages that answer real questions
Local pages and guides written from what your customers ask, so the site earns search traffic and AI answers instead of repeating a template.

Questions
Industry websites: common questions
- Why choose a website built for my industry?
- Because the hard parts are industry-specific. A mortgage site needs calculators and licence lines, a real estate site needs a listing feed and its display rules, an insurance site needs a quote form per line. A designer who already knows them builds faster and avoids the mistakes your regulator would catch.
- How much does an industry website cost?
- A local website of up to 25 pages is $1,500 paid upfront, or $150 a month for 12 months, and it is yours after the 12th payment. A larger site of up to about 100 pages is $4,000, or $400 a month. Hosting and care is $29 or $49 a month. Prices are in US dollars.
- Do I own the website?
- Yes. Paid upfront, it is yours once it is paid. Paid monthly, it becomes yours after 12 paid months. Your domain and everything you supplied are always yours, whichever way you pay.
- We have many offices or a franchise network. How does that work?
- Each office or franchisee can have its own pages on one site, with its own licence lines and listings or quote forms. When a network has more locations than our plans cover, we quote it as a whole: ask for a demo, choose the multi-location or franchise option, and an advisor plans it with you.
- My industry is not listed. Can you still build my website?
- Yes. The new website service is for any business, at the same prices. We add an industry page here only once its own designs, rules and questions are written, so the list grows one industry at a time.
