Websites for travel agencies
Travel agency website design that turns browsers into booked trips
Premium websites for travel agencies and independent advisors: a trip enquiry that captures dates, budget and travellers in one go, itinerary pages that rank, all-in prices, and your TICO or seller-of-travel registration shown wherever the law expects it.
- Website from $150/month, yours after 12 payments
- SEO plans from $149/month
The short answer
What should a travel agency website include?
A travel agency website needs a trip enquiry form that asks for destination, dates, travellers and budget, sample itineraries written from real trips, and an advisor’s name and photo. Any advertised price must be the full amount the traveller pays. Ontario agencies show their TICO registration number, and sellers of travel in California, Florida and Washington show their state registration.

Built in
What every travel agency website includes
A trip enquiry that qualifies
Destination, dates or month, travellers with ages, rough budget and trip style in one short form, routed to the right advisor with the answers attached, so the first reply is a real proposal rather than a list of questions.
Itinerary pages that rank
Sample itineraries as real pages, day by day, with the stays, transfers and pace written out. Each one targets the way people search for that trip and ends in an enquiry pre-filled with its name.
All-in prices, built into the template
Where you publish a price, the template asks for the total the traveller pays, taxes, fees and service charges included, with the currency and what is covered beside it. Leave it blank and the page says price on request.
Registration numbers on every page
TICO registration, and California, Florida or Washington seller-of-travel numbers where you hold them, entered once and printed in the footer, on each advisor profile and on every page that advertises a trip.
Advisor profiles that sell trust
Each advisor gets a page with the places they know first-hand, languages, specialities and a direct enquiry button, so a traveller can choose the person rather than the logo.
Group departures you can update
Hosted departures with month, pace, seats open, deposit and balance terms. Your team marks a tour full or waitlisted without a developer, and the page stops taking enquiries for it.
Booking tools where they help
Links or embeds from your host agency, consortium tools, cruise line booking widgets or a GDS-backed engine, where the provider’s access allows. The website does not replace your booking system; it fills it with enquiries.
Consented newsletters and deal alerts
Sign-ups ask for consent in plain words, say who is sending and how often, and pass consent records to your email platform, so seasonal campaigns can go out under CASL and CAN-SPAM.
Compliance
The rules for travel agencies, handled in the design
Selling travel is regulated on both sides of the border: registration numbers, total prices and air fare advertising all have rules. Each design is built to meet them, and each rule below links to its source.
Sources gathered October 1, 2026. This is how our designs handle these rules, not legal advice: rules change and differ by province and state, so your lawyer, TICO or your state’s seller-of-travel office has the final word, and you approve every page before it goes live.
- Ontario
TICO registration in advertising
Ontario travel agents must be registered, and the regulation sets what an advertisement shows, including the registrant’s name and registration number, according to TICO’s guidance. Every design prints both in the footer and on any page that advertises a trip.
- Ontario
All-in prices in Ontario travel ads
TICO’s advertising guidelines describe all-in pricing: a price in an advertisement includes every fee, levy, service charge, surcharge and tax the traveller must pay. Price fields in the designs hold the total only, with what is included listed next to it.

- US · state law
California seller of travel number
California sellers of travel register with the Attorney General, and the statute expects the registration number to appear clearly on advertising for travel services. Designs used in California carry a CST number field in the footer and beside advertised trips.

- US · state law
Florida and Washington registration lines
Florida’s statute requires each seller-of-travel advertisement to carry a set registration phrase with the number, and Washington’s seller of travel chapter has its own registration and advertising provisions. The footer takes each state’s wording as written in the statute.
- US
Full fare advertising for air travel
US Department of Transportation rules expect an advertised price for air transportation, a tour or a tour component to be the entire price the customer pays, with government taxes and fees included. Air-inclusive packages are shown that way or priced on request.
- US
Total price for short-term lodging
The FTC’s fees rule covers businesses that offer, display or advertise short-term lodging, which can include an agency’s hotel and resort pages: the total price, mandatory fees included, is shown more prominently than other figures. Lodging prices in the designs follow that order.
US — Rule on Unfair or Deceptive Fees, 16 CFR Part 464 (eCFR)
- Canada
Drip pricing
The 2022 amendments made drip pricing an explicit form of misleading advertising: a lead-in figure the traveller can never actually pay, because compulsory non-government fees are added on, breaks the Act. Trip and hotel cards never add resort, booking or service fees after the headline figure.

Apps
Most agencies do not need an app: a fast site and a good itinerary document do the job. An app earns its keep for agencies with many travellers on the road at once.

Apps for travel agenciesBranding

Questions
Travel agencies: common questions
- How much does a travel agency website cost?
- A travel agency website of up to 25 pages is $1,500 paid upfront, or $150 a month for 12 months, and it is yours after the 12th payment. A larger site of up to about 100 pages is $4,000, or $400 a month. Hosting and care is $29 or $49 a month. Prices are in US dollars.
- Can travellers book trips directly on the website?
- Most agencies are better served by a detailed trip enquiry than a booking button, because the trips they sell are custom. Where you do sell fixed products, such as hosted departures or cruises, we link or embed the booking tool your host agency, consortium or supplier provides, where the provider’s access allows.Either way, every enquiry reaches you with dates, travellers and budget attached.
- Do I have to show my TICO number on my website?
- If you are registered in Ontario, TICO’s guidance expects your business name and registration number in your advertising, and a website advertises. Every design carries them in the footer and on trip pages. Sellers of travel registered in California, Florida or Washington get the same treatment for their state registration line.Your registration details are entered once and appear wherever they are needed.
- Can I advertise trip prices on my website?
- Yes, as long as the price shown is the total the traveller pays. Ontario’s all-in pricing rule, the US full fare rule for air-inclusive tours and Canada’s drip pricing provision all point the same way, so the price field takes a total with inclusions listed, and an empty field reads price on request.
- I work under a host agency. Can I still have my own website?
- Yes. Many independent advisors run their own brand while booking through a host agency. The site carries your name, photos and itineraries, and states the host agency and its registration where your regulator expects them. Check your host agreement for any branding rules first; we build to whatever it requires.
- Can you build a travel agency app or do SEO for my agency as well?
- Yes. Use the same request below for any of the four: a travel agency website, a traveller app, SEO or marketing, and mention which in your note. A trip wallet or group-trip app is quoted after a short call, and SEO keeps itinerary and destination pages climbing after launch.
- Will my travel agency website rank on Google?
- It launches with the technical SEO done: fast pages, clean structure, structured data, local pages and redirects from your old site. To keep climbing, a BOOSTD SEO plan from $149 a month runs 262 checks on your site every week, fixes what is safe to fix and gets the rest ready for your OK.No one can promise a position on Google, and we never do. Google warns businesses about anyone who does.
- Can I get one of these travel agency website designs?
- Yes. Each is a complete, ready-to-launch website design BOOSTD made for travel agencies. Pick one and we make it yours, with your name, colours, photos, content and the licence or compliance details your industry expects, from $150 a month and yours after 12 payments.Approved client sites are shown with a “Client work” tag, and only with the client’s written permission.
