Managed by BOOSTD: our software finds the work, our specialists run it

Managed by BOOSTD is our software plus named specialists, running your search, website, content and reporting work for you. A person sets the priorities and checks the work. It is how every client engagement runs today.

What it is

A service layer on the same system, not a separate product

Managed by BOOSTD is the software plus people. The software watches your site, your market and your visibility all the time, and finds and organises the work. A specialist reviews it, decides what matters this month, adds the strategy, and does the work that should not be automated.

It is also how every client engagement runs today. The self-serve platform is in early access; managed work is available now, scoped per business.

Who does what

What the software does, and what the specialist does

The software is good at noticing and preparing. A person is needed for choosing, for anything that speaks in your name, and for the conversation with you.

A split diagram of a managed engagement. The software watches the site and market daily, finds and ranks the work, prepares drafts and fixes with evidence, and checks every change after it ships. The specialist decides what matters this month, reviews and approves the work, handles tasks unsuitable for automation, and owns communication with you.

The software

  • Watches your site and market daily
  • Finds and ranks the work by impact
  • Prepares drafts and fixes with evidence
  • Checks every change after it ships

The specialist

  • Decides what matters this month
  • Reviews and approves the work
  • Does work unsuitable for automation
  • Owns the conversation with you

What can be in scope

Work a managed engagement can include

Scope is agreed per business and written down before work starts. These are the areas it can draw on, not a bundle you pay for whether or not you need it.

  • Strategy and review

A named person who sets the priorities, reviews what the system prepares and meets with you to go through what moved and why.

    How an engagement runs

  • Technical and custom SEO

Migrations, site architecture, internationalisation and the technical work too risky or too specific for the software to do alone.

    SEO and organic growth

  • Websites and migrations

New builds, redesigns and platform moves, with redirects and tracking planned before launch rather than repaired after it.

    Web design and development

  • Content, PR and authority

Writing that needs real expertise, and earned coverage that no system should automate. No bought links, no mass outreach.

    Content and digital PR

  • Paid media and conversion

Campaign management and conversion work, with every change to spend approved by you before it happens.

    Paid media

  • Brand, analytics and creative

Positioning, measurement set-up, reporting reviews and bespoke creative or video where it earns its cost.

    Branding

Nothing hidden behind the service

What you keep when someone else runs the work

A managed service should not mean less visibility. When the customer portal opens, Managed clients keep the same record as anyone else.

  • The approvals: anything material still waits for you, not only for the specialist.
  • The change history: what changed, when, why, and how to undo it.
  • The reporting, with where each number came from and when it was collected.
  • Exports of your data, and ownership of the accounts and assets built for you.

Questions

What people ask about the managed service

Is Managed by BOOSTD available now?

Yes, in the form that exists today. Every current client works with us directly, with a named person accountable for the work.

What is not available yet is the customer portal. When it opens, Managed clients will have the same approvals, change history, reporting and exports as self-serve customers, so the work stays visible.

Is performance guaranteed?

No. Nobody can honestly guarantee rankings, AI citations, leads or revenue, and the software itself carries no performance guarantee.

What a managed engagement commits to is written into its signed scope, with the conditions stated. Nothing on this page adds to or replaces that.

How is it priced?

Per business, in writing, before anything starts. The price depends on the scope, the number of sites and markets, and how much specialist work the plan needs.

Can I move to self-serve later, or the other way?

That is the intent. Managed is a service layer on the same system rather than a separate product, so the history, approvals and reporting would carry across when the self-serve plans open.
