Who checks the report before I see it?

After 6 months on a paid plan, if neither your organic traffic nor your leads have grown, we keep working free until they do, for up to 6 free months in any 12 months. We never promise a #1 ranking or any specific position on Google. Google warns businesses about anyone who does, because nobody controls where a page ranks. On top of the guarantees, we guarantee delivery of your signed scope: anything specific it commits to is written in with its conditions.

Can I cancel, or move to a self-running plan later?

Your notice period is set in your signed scope, so you know it before you start. Self-running plans have no minimum term and need 30 days’ notice. Moving either way keeps your history, approvals and reports, because both run on the same platform.

Do you need access to my website?

Only for work that needs it, and only as much as that work needs. You keep your main accounts and can remove our access at any time. Checkout, login, payment and legal pages are protected by default. We never change them without your OK.
