Be on the shortlist when buyers compare software, including in AI answers

Software buyers compare. They search for alternatives, read integration pages and increasingly ask an assistant for a shortlist before they ever visit a vendor. BOOSTD watches how your product is described in those places, finds the comparisons you are missing from, and prepares every claim for a person to check.

Early access. BOOSTD is opening in stages, so parts of what this page describes are still being built. Prices and plan capacities are on the pricing page and nowhere else, so they cannot disagree. The same work is available today as Managed by BOOSTD.

Where software buyers decide before they reach you

An assistant lists four tools for your exact use case, and you are not one of them.
The answer is assembled from what the assistant can find and trust. If your category, pricing and integrations are described inconsistently across your site, your docs and third-party listings, you are harder to recommend than a competitor whose facts agree.
Your comparison page says the competitor lacks a feature they shipped months ago.
Comparison content decays because both products keep changing. An out-of-date claim does more damage than no page at all, because the buyer reading it has usually just come from the other product.
People search for your product with an integration name and find a forum thread.
Integration searches come from buyers who have already chosen a stack and are checking fit. A thin or missing integration page loses them at the point they were closest to a trial.

What BOOSTD works on for a software company

  • Category and comparison coverage

Finds the category, alternatives and versus searches where you are absent, and prepares pages with every competitor statement sourced and dated.

  • AI answer monitoring

Samples how assistants describe your category and whether you appear, and shows which sources those answers seem to draw on.

  • Fact consistency

Checks that your pricing model, integrations and category are described the same way across your site, docs and structured data.

  • Demo and trial attribution

With a CRM connected, ties sign-ups and demo requests back to the pages and searches that produced them, so content is judged on pipeline rather than visits.

Software companies start in Approval Mode. Anything that describes your product or someone else’s is a claim, and a claim needs a person who can stand behind it.

Plan, and what stays with your team

Growth is designed for a single product selling in one or two markets, with continuous content and multi-platform AI answer monitoring. Accelerate is the step up for several products, languages or markets, and for more competitors tracked closely.

Positioning, pricing and anything about security or compliance stay with your team: those are commitments, not copy. Managed by BOOSTD adds specialists for original research, digital PR and launches, where judgement matters more than throughput.

The kinds of searches this work is aimed at

Examples of how software buyers search and ask. They illustrate intent; they are not claims about volume.

Building a shortlist

Early research. Often asked of an assistant rather than typed into a search box.

  • best [category] software for [team type]
  • [category] tools for small teams
  • what is the best alternative to [competitor]

Checking fit

Late research from a buyer who has nearly decided. The page they land on needs to be current.

  • [product] [integration] integration
  • [product] vs [competitor]
  • does [product] support [feature]

These are examples of how customers in this market search, drawn from keyword research and public search data. They are illustrative, not a volume claim: we size the demand in your area before recommending anything.

SaaS questions

Which AI assistants does BOOSTD check?

It samples answers from the major assistants and AI search features for a set of prompts your buyers would plausibly ask, such as the best tool for a given job. Which platforms are checked, and how often, depends on the plan.

Answers vary between runs, so results are reported as how often you appear across samples, with the date, never as a fixed ranking.

Will it publish comparison pages about our competitors?

It will find where one is missing and prepare a draft, with a source and a date beside every statement about the other product. Nothing is published until a person on your team approves it, and each page is flagged for review when its sources age.

Does it ask about service areas and opening hours?

No. Onboarding adapts to the business model, and a software company is not asked local questions. It is asked about categories, integrations, competitors and markets instead.
