Continuous growth work that passes legal, brand and change control
Large marketing teams rarely lack ideas. They lack a way to ship small, safe improvements without each one queuing behind legal review, brand sign-off and a release calendar. BOOSTD classifies every change by risk, applies your written policy to each class, and keeps an audit trail a compliance team can read.

- Built for
- A marketing team inside a large organisation, with legal review and change control.
- Usually starts in
- Approval Mode, with written policy for anything more
- Designed around
- BOOSTD tier or Managed by BOOSTD
Early access. BOOSTD is opening in stages, so parts of what this page describes are still being built. Prices and plan capacities are on the pricing page and nowhere else, so they cannot disagree. The same work is available today as Managed by BOOSTD.
Enterprise approval is slow because it treats every change as the same size. A missing image description does not need the process a new product page does.
Four classes of change, and what your policy decides for each
Every change BOOSTD proposes is classed before it is prepared. The defaults below are starting points your policy can tighten.
| Dimension | Examples | Enterprise default |
|---|---|---|
| Low | Metadata, structured data, alt text, safe internal links | Runs where policy allows; logged and reversible |
| Medium | Section copy edits, a new FAQ, refreshing existing content | Waits for the named approver for that site or market |
| High | A new page, a template or call-to-action change, redirects | Follows your full review path, including legal where configured |
| Critical | Deletion, mass redirects, checkout, login, legal pages, DNS | Never automated. Prepared as a plan for your team to carry out |
Why automation tools get blocked at large organisations
- The vendor needs broad write access and cannot limit it.
- Security teams refuse, correctly. BOOSTD scopes access by site, market and change class, and protected pages stay protected regardless of what access the integration technically has.
- Legal cannot see what changed, so everything goes back through legal.
- If a change history cannot be read by a non-specialist, it does not reduce review, it adds to it. Each record here is written for the reviewer: before, after, reason, approver and undo.
What an enterprise policy can say
- Which sites, markets and page types BOOSTD may act on at all
- Which approver owns each site, market or change class
- Pages and fields that are always protected, beyond the defaults
- Freeze windows around launches, trading peaks and code freezes
- Disclaimers and wording that must never be removed or altered
- Budget ceilings for costly work, per market and per month
Plan, mode, and the work that stays with people
Enterprise accounts sit on the BOOSTD tier or Managed by BOOSTD, under a contract that sets budgets, data retention and integration scope. They start in Approval Mode. Anything broader is written into policy first, class by class.
Regulated wording, brand decisions, legal sign-off and anything touching critical systems stay with your people. Managed by BOOSTD adds specialists who work inside your process: migrations, international rollouts and the consulting a large programme needs.
Enterprise questions
Can Full Autopilot be switched on for an enterprise account?
Only for classes of change your written policy names, and never for the critical class. Full Autopilot is broad execution within hard guardrails; it is a contractual setting for an enterprise, not a toggle an individual user can flip.
Which security certifications does BOOSTD hold?
None yet, and we are not going to imply otherwise. BOOSTD is in early access. What exists today is the design: tenant-scoped data, audit logging, protected surfaces and approval gates. An enterprise security review is welcome and we will answer it in writing.
How does BOOSTD fit an existing release calendar?
Freeze windows block changes during launches, sales or code freezes. Where your CMS supports drafts or staging, BOOSTD prepares changes there so they can travel with a normal release instead of around it.
