Websites for immigration consultants
Immigration consultant website design clients can verify first
Immigration consultant website design for RCICs, regulated advisers and accredited representatives: an eligibility questionnaire that books a paid or free assessment, your licence and the regulator’s register one tap away, fees set out before the first call, and wording that never promises a visa.
- Website from $150/month, yours after 12 payments
- SEO plans from $149/month
The short answer
What should an immigration consultant website include?
An immigration consultant website should show your registered name and licence number where your regulator requires them, link to the regulator’s public register so a client can verify you, and let a visitor book an assessment after a few eligibility questions. It should explain fees in writing, offer the languages your clients speak, and never guarantee a result or imply a government connection.

What every immigration consultant website includes
An eligibility questionnaire that books the assessment
A few plain questions about the visitor’s goal, location and timing route them to the right program page and a booking with the right consultant. It qualifies the enquiry without pretending to decide eligibility, which only the government does.
Your licence, verifiable in one tap
Every consultant’s registered name and licence number appear where the code expects them, with a link to the regulator’s public register. Clients who have heard about ghost consultants check this first, so it sits near the booking button.
Paid consultations booked and paid online
Visitors pick a time in their own time zone, pay the consultation fee by card and get the video link by email. Cancellations and reschedules happen without a phone call across continents.
Fees in writing before the first call
A fee page that lists each service’s scope and the professional fee, with government fees shown apart. It matches the written service agreement, so nothing on the site contradicts the contract.
Pages in your clients’ languages
Program and fee pages in the languages your team actually works in, with the licence line and any required statements translated too. Each language version is reviewed by a fluent speaker on your side before launch.
A document portal instead of email
Clients upload passports, certificates and forms to an encrypted portal with a checklist for their program. It cuts down on lost attachments and keeps personal data out of inboxes.
Program updates linked to the source
A news section where every update links to the official government notice and adds your short reading of who is affected. It earns search traffic on changing rules without stating anything the government did not.
Compliance
The rules for immigration consultants, handled in the design
Immigration regulators say precisely what a consultant’s advertising must show and must never claim, because unlicensed and notario operators prey on the same clients. These are the website rules we design around in Canada, the US, the UK and Australia, each linked to its source.
Sources gathered October 1, 2026. This is how our designs handle these rules, not legal advice: rules change and differ by province and state, so your regulator or a lawyer has the final word, and you approve every page before it goes live.
- Canada
Registered name first, and the public register
The CICC Code of Professional Conduct requires a licensee who markets immigration or citizenship services to display their name as registered with the College prominently at or near the beginning of any advertisement, in the advertisement’s language, and to include the internet address of the College’s public register in written advertising. Every Canadian design leads with the name and links the register.
- Canada
No guaranteed outcomes, no implied government link
The same Code bars false, misleading or inaccurate representations, any guarantee that an application, expression of interest or proceeding will succeed, and any suggestion of a relationship with the federal or a provincial government. The designs say plainly that decisions belong to the government and carry no flags, crests or official-looking seals.
- UK
Registration number on the website
The Code of Standards 2024, now issued by the Immigration Advice Authority (the OISC until January 2025), requires regulated advisers to display their registration number where appropriate and to use the regulator’s logo only as their approval letter allows. UK designs show the number and the authorised advice level on every page.
- US · California
“Not an attorney”, and no “notario”
California’s immigration consultant law requires advertising to state that the consultant is not an attorney, in the same language as the ad, and forbids translating “notary public” as “notario” or literally translating titles such as attorney or licensed to imply legal standing. The California designs carry the statement in every language version.
California Business and Professions Code §§22442.2–22442.3 (Immigration Consultants)
- US
Who may represent: accredited representatives
The Justice Department’s immigration review office accredits non-attorney representatives, who may give immigration legal services only through the non-profit recognized organization they are accredited with, before DHS alone or also before the immigration courts and Board. A US design for an accredited representative names the recognized organization and the accreditation, and the site makes no claim to offer legal services beyond it.

- Australia
The MARN in every advertisement
The Code of Conduct for registered migration agents requires an advertisement to include “Migration Agents Registration Number” or “MARN” and the agent’s number, with the equivalent words in any other language used, and bars implying a link with the Department or the Authority. Australian versions put the MARN beside each agent’s name.

Questions
Immigration consultants: common questions
- How much does an immigration consultant website cost?
- An immigration consultant website of up to 25 pages is $1,500 paid upfront, or $150 a month for 12 months, and it is yours after the 12th payment. A larger site of up to about 100 pages is $4,000, or $400 a month. Hosting and care is $29 or $49 a month. Prices are in US dollars.
- What does an RCIC have to show on their website?
- Under the CICC Code of Professional Conduct, your name as registered with the College must appear prominently at or near the start of any advertisement, in the language of the ad, and written advertising must include the address of the College’s public register. The Code also forbids guaranteeing success or implying a government connection.Regulators elsewhere set their own lines, such as the UK registration number and the Australian MARN. Your regulator has the final word on what applies to you.
- Can my website say we have a high success rate or guarantee approval?
- No guarantee, and we advise against success-rate claims too. Canada’s Code bars guaranteeing the success of an application, Australia’s Code bars misleading advertising about outcomes, and a percentage without its basis is easy to read as a promise. The designs explain your process, your fees and how to verify your licence instead.
- Can the website be in more than one language?
- Yes. Program and fee pages can run in each language your team works in, and the licence line and any required statements are translated with them, which several regulators expect. In California, an ad in another language must say in that language that you are not an attorney, so every version carries it.
- Do you build a client portal or immigration app for document uploads?
- Yes, as a separate project scoped with an advisor. Clients see a checklist for their program, upload documents from a phone into encrypted storage and message the consultant inside the file. Where you already use case management software, the portal sends to it if that software accepts data by API, which we confirm before quoting.
- Will my immigration consultant website rank on Google?
- It launches with the technical SEO done: fast pages, clean structure, structured data, local pages and redirects from your old site. To keep climbing, a BOOSTD SEO plan from $149 a month runs 262 checks on your site every week, fixes what is safe to fix and gets the rest ready for your OK.No one can promise a position on Google, and we never do. Google warns businesses about anyone who does.
- How long does an immigration consultant website take to build?
- About 4 weeks for a local site and about 8 weeks for a larger one, counted from the day we have your content, logo, photos and licence details. A larger site is planned with an advisor first, so its timeline is confirmed in writing before any work starts. Before launch you check every licence line and language version against your code of conduct, and nothing goes live until you approve it.
- Can I get one of these immigration consultant website designs?
- Yes. Each is a complete, ready-to-launch website design BOOSTD made for immigration consultants. Pick one and we make it yours, with your name, colours, photos, content and the licence or compliance details your industry expects, from $150 a month and yours after 12 payments.Approved client sites are shown with a “Client work” tag, and only with the client’s written permission.
