Search growth for an online store that never touches the checkout
A store is a catalogue that changes every day on top of a checkout that must never break. BOOSTD works on the parts search engines and AI assistants read — categories, products, structured data, feeds and filters — knows what is in stock, and leaves carts, payments and prices alone.

- Built for
- An online store with a catalogue, a checkout and stock that changes.
- Usually starts in
- Safe Autopilot, product copy in Approval Mode
- Designed around
- Growth or Accelerate, by catalogue size
Early access. BOOSTD is opening in stages, so parts of what this page describes are still being built. Prices and plan capacities are on the pricing page and nowhere else, so they cannot disagree. The same work is available today as Managed by BOOSTD.
A store has two halves, and BOOSTD only works on one of them
One half is what shoppers and search engines browse: categories, products, filters, reviews, images and feeds. It changes daily and it is where almost all search growth comes from.
The other half is where money changes hands: cart, checkout, account, payment and prices. It should change only when you change it. BOOSTD treats that half as protected from the day it connects, and nothing in any automation mode can switch that off without an explicit rule from you.
What BOOSTD may and may not touch in a store
May work on
- Category and product titles, descriptions and structured data
- Canonical and indexing rules for filter and sort combinations
- Internal links between categories, products and buying guides
- Image descriptions, image weight and missing product attributes in the feed
Protected by default
- Checkout, cart, account and payment pages
- Prices, discounts and promotional terms
- Anything during a freeze window you have set around a sale or launch
Where the work goes in a store
Categories before products
Category pages answer the broad searches and outlive individual products. BOOSTD maps searches to categories first, then to products where a product deserves its own query.
Filters that do not multiply
Colour, size and sort combinations can generate thousands of URLs. BOOSTD decides which deserve to be indexed and keeps the rest out, so crawling goes to pages that can sell.
Stock-aware promotion
Nothing is promoted, linked prominently or featured in new content while it is unavailable. Retired products get a considered redirect or a useful page, not a dead end.
Facts an assistant can repeat
Product data, structured data and the feed are kept consistent, so the price, availability and attributes an AI assistant repeats are the ones on your site.
Mode and plan by catalogue
Catalogue size, not revenue, is what decides the plan: it sets how much there is to watch.
| Dimension | Automation mode | Designed around |
|---|---|---|
| A focused range in a few categories | Safe Autopilot; product copy waits for approval | Growth |
| Many categories, several markets or currencies | Safe Autopilot; category and product copy wait for approval | Accelerate |
| Tens of thousands of products, several stores | Approval Mode with written rules for bulk changes | BOOSTD tier or Managed by BOOSTD |
What stays with your team
Merchandising, pricing, promotions and product photography are business decisions and stay with you. So does any claim about a product that a regulator or a returns policy would hold you to.
Managed by BOOSTD covers what software should not do alone in a store: platform migrations, theme changes that affect the checkout path, and paid shopping campaigns with a budget attached.
Ecommerce questions
Which ecommerce platforms does BOOSTD work with?
Shopify and WooCommerce are the first priorities, then BigCommerce and Adobe Commerce as demand justifies them. Custom and headless stores can be connected through an API.
Where a platform does not allow a change to be made safely, BOOSTD prepares it as an instruction instead of forcing it.
Will it rewrite all of my product descriptions?
No. Rewriting thousands of products at once is exactly the kind of volume that looks like progress and rarely is. BOOSTD picks the products and categories where better copy is most likely to matter, prepares them in your brand voice, and sends them for approval.
Can it change prices or promotions?
No. Prices, discounts, checkout, cart, account and payment pages are protected by default. You can mark other pages protected too, and you can set freeze windows around sales so nothing changes during them.
