Websites for videographers
Videographer websites where the reel plays first
Websites for videographers and production companies where the showreel plays instantly and the brief arrives complete: streaming video that does not slow the page, packages with clear deliverables, and a quote form that asks for the date, location and run time.
- Website from $150/month, yours after 12 payments
- SEO plans from $149/month
The short answer
What should a videographer website include?
A videographer website needs a showreel that starts quickly without dragging down page speed, full films grouped by type, and packages that list deliverables such as run time, edits and turnaround. Add a brief form asking for date, location and usage, captions on every video, and your drone certification shown if you fly, so buyers can book without a discovery call.

Built in
What every videographer website includes
Showreels that do not slow the page
Video served from a streaming host with a light poster image first, so the homepage reel starts quickly and the page still passes Core Web Vitals. We embed Vimeo, YouTube or Mux where your account allows.
Packages with deliverables spelled out
Each package lists run time, number of edits, camera count, audio capture, revision rounds and turnaround, so buyers compare like for like and stop asking what a highlight film includes.
A brief form that scopes the job
Date, location, run time, usage, aspect ratios and budget band, routed to your inbox and CRM, so the first reply can be a quote instead of a list of questions.
Film pages that rank and convert
Every film gets its own page with a transcript, credits, venue or client context and structured video data, so search engines can index it and the viewer can enquire beside it.
Captions and transcripts by default
Caption files attached to every embed and transcripts on film pages, which makes reels watchable on mute, accessible to Deaf and hard-of-hearing viewers, and readable to search engines.
Drone credentials where buyers look
Pilot certificate type, drone registration and insurance stated on the aerial page and the quote form, with placeholders until you enter your own numbers, so commercial buyers can check them before booking.
Review and delivery for clients
A private client area linking time-coded review tools such as Frame.io where your plan allows, final downloads, and usage terms, so approvals and deliverables are not lost in email.
Compliance
The rules for videographers, handled in the design
Video sites touch aviation, music rights and accessibility rules. These are the ones the designs plan for; each rule links to its source.
Sources gathered October 1, 2026. This is how our designs handle these rules, not legal advice: rules change and differ by province and state, so your lawyer, aviation regulator or rights society has the final word, and you approve every page before it goes live.
- US
Commercial drone flights under Part 107
Flying a small drone for paid work in the US generally falls under 14 CFR Part 107, which requires a remote pilot certificate and sets operating limits on altitude, airspace and flight over people. Aerial pages state certification and the quote form asks for location so airspace can be checked.
US — 14 CFR Part 107, Small Unmanned Aircraft Systems (eCFR)
- Canada
Transport Canada pilot certificates and registration
Transport Canada requires drones from 250 g up to 25 kg to be registered and their pilots to hold a basic or advanced certificate depending on the operation, such as flying near people or in controlled airspace. Designs show the certificate category and registration as placeholders you replace.
- US
Music in your films
Copyright owners hold exclusive rights to reproduce, adapt and publicly perform their works, so a song set to footage normally needs a licence covering that use. Film pages carry a music credit line, and the brief form asks clients to confirm rights to any track they supply.

Captions for prerecorded video
WCAG success criterion 1.2.2 asks for captions on prerecorded audio in synchronized media. Every embedded film and reel has a caption track, and the player controls are reachable by keyboard.
W3C — Understanding WCAG 2.2 SC 1.2.2 Captions (Prerecorded)
- Ontario
AODA website accessibility
Ontario’s Integrated Accessibility Standards Regulation requires designated public sector organizations and businesses with fifty or more employees in Ontario to make public websites conform to WCAG 2.0 AA, with stated exceptions such as live captions. Designs are built to that standard regardless of size.

Questions
Videographers: common questions
- How much does a videographer website cost?
- A videographer website of up to 25 pages is $1,500 paid upfront, or $150 a month for 12 months, and it is yours after the 12th payment. A larger site of up to about 100 pages is $4,000, or $400 a month. Hosting and care is $29 or $49 a month. Prices are in US dollars.
- Will my showreel slow down the website?
- It should not. The reel is streamed from a video host such as Vimeo, YouTube or Mux, and the page shows a light poster image until the visitor presses play or the player is ready. That keeps the first screen fast on phones while the film still plays at full quality.
- Should I put my video packages and prices on my website?
- Listing what each package includes, such as run time, cameras, audio, edits and turnaround, helps more than any number, because buyers can compare like for like. Starting prices are optional; many videographers show a “from” figure and send a full quote after the brief form, which asks for date, location and usage.
- How do I show my drone certification on my website?
- The aerial page and the quote form carry your certificate type and drone registration, with placeholders until you add your own. In the US commercial flights generally fall under FAA Part 107, and in Canada Transport Canada issues basic and advanced pilot certificates. Your insurance cover can sit beside them for commercial buyers.
- Do the films on my site need captions?
- They should have them. Captions let people watch on mute, are expected by WCAG accessibility guidance for prerecorded video, and give search engines text to read. Every embed in these designs has a caption track and each film page carries a transcript, so you upload the caption file with the video.
- Can I also ask for an app, SEO or marketing?
- Yes. Our enquiry form lets a production company request a website, an app, SEO, marketing or several at once. Most videographers start with the site and add SEO for film and location pages, while a client review or content-day booking app is quoted on its own.
- Will my videographer website rank on Google?
- It launches with the technical SEO done: fast pages, clean structure, structured data, local pages and redirects from your old site. To keep climbing, a BOOSTD SEO plan from $149 a month runs 262 checks on your site every week, fixes what is safe to fix and gets the rest ready for your OK.No one can promise a position on Google, and we never do. Google warns businesses about anyone who does.
- Can I get one of these videography website designs?
- Yes. Each is a complete, ready-to-launch website design BOOSTD made for videographers. Pick one and we make it yours, with your name, colours, photos, content and the licence or compliance details your industry expects, from $150 a month and yours after 12 payments.Approved client sites are shown with a “Client work” tag, and only with the client’s written permission.
