How a customer story will be published.

Every step must be done first. A story that skips one doesn’t go up.

A starting point, recorded first
Before anything changes, we note the numbers that matter to the customer, with their source and date.
Numbers from their own tools
Search Console, analytics, their phone system or CRM. Never our estimates, never untraceable screenshots.
Fair about cause and effect
What we did, what they did, and what else changed, such as a new branch, a price change or a Google update.
Approved in writing
The customer signs off the exact words, every number and the use of their name. They can withdraw it later.
